Has all the potential of any great historic boutique hotel. That is all worth zero the second you open your room door and it's a combo of a Super 8 on a shady turnpike, a bad train car and a dorm. It's literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I travel. Stains on carpet, hair in drain, not one washcloth, sink too small - elbows touch the walls. No cable news, no one was at the desk when I checked in so I had to wait a while. Terrible.

The a single room was comfy and immaculate, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a laptop-compatible safe. The service was great throughout our stay.

We greatly enjoyed the central location and how clean the place was kept. The staff was very-very nice all day long. The room itself was bright and with a/c as well as mini refrigerator.

The staff - some of them were weird.

The historic feel of the place was charming, especially the yummy made-to-order breakfast every morning! And my son's autism support dog with us.

In my wife's opinion, an outdoor play area would be great for kids.

    A good vintage escape

Waking up to the aroma of fresh pancakes was bliss. Staff were charming, and the vintage decor added a lovely touch to my stay. Definitely an experience to remember!

The Wi-Fi was spotty at times, frustrating to catch up on emails. Despite this, the cozy vibe kept me content.

    would come again

Charming spot with a cozy atmosphere! My beautiful king suite had a tv, comfortable bed with high-thread-count linens, and a nice seating area. Breakfast was made-to-order and delicious. The lobby had a vintage vibe, and it's fun to explore the town with its cool old-school barber shop. Perfect for a vintage bed and breakfast style stay!

Willie's Cafe had the most scrumptious Singapore noodles, made my taste buds dance! Plus, the cozy vibes of Mainstreet Cafe and Bakery made for a perfect spot to wind down in the evenings.

While the hairs in our room gave me the heebie-jeebies, the charm of the vintage hotel still shone through, making it a nice stay despite the cleanliness hiccups.
